Esta semana ha sido muy interesante, laboriosa y también divertida. Recibimos la visita de la doctora Olga quien nos habló de Nutrición: los diferentes grupos de alimentos, la dieta saludable, los hábitos saludables( lavarse, dormir, ejercicio físico).Agradecemos a Olga esta colaboración y esperamos que todo este esfuerzo tenga un reflejo en el día a día. ¿Qué significa esto? Un buen desayuno es fundamental para un óptimo rendimiento, una pieza de fruta es suficiente para el recreo ya que una hora más tarde tienen la comida en el comedor.
